A Glimpse into the Process

Here is a WICO XH for a customer’s JD- A. They wanted to keep it in its work clothes. This magneto had no spark and several other problems. Now this magneto is fully functional and has a great spark that should last for years to come.

American Bosch ZR-4 for a Caterpillar Sixty

When I received it, the impulse starter was not working as it should, and the magnets were weak. After some much needed TLC and meticulous restoration, this magneto has a great spark, and will look great on the Caterpillar Sixty!

Fairbanks Morse FMX4A11 for a Farmall Regular tractor

This magneto was completely dead, and water infiltrated inside due to failing gaskets. We custom fabricated a new coupler since the original was broken and no longer in working order.
